Following admission of the Company’s securities to the Official List on 27 October 2017, the Company is required to disclose its home state. Accordingly, the Company announces that its home state is the Netherlands.
It has given notices to that effect to the Dutch securities market regulator, De Autoriteit Financiële Markten (the Authority for Financial Markets) as its home state regulator, and to the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority as its host state regulator.
