Mr. August Francois von Finck, Switzerland, has reduced his stake in RHI AG from below 10% to less than 5%.
RHI’s free float has now increased to above 90% and supports the increasing and high liquidity of RHI shares in the prime index ATX of Vienna Stock Exchange.
