Following the strong profitability, cash generation and strategic progress delivered in 2023, the Board has recommended a final dividend of €1.25 per share for the full financial year, and €85 million in aggregate. This represents a dividend cover of 2.8x Adjusted earnings per share. Subject to approval at the AGM on 2 May 2024, the final dividend will be payable on 13 June 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of trading on 17 May 2024.
The ex-dividend date will be 16 May 2024. Together with the interim dividend of €0.55 per share paid on 22 September 2023, the recommended final dividend represents a full year dividend of €1.80 per share in respect of the 2023 financial year.
