RHI Magnesita N.V. (LSE: RHIM) is pleased to announce that Fiona Paulus and Janet Ashdown have accepted their nomination to the Board as independent Non-Executive Directors. As of the beginning of December, the Company will be benefitting from their valuable expertise and experience. Janet will chair the Corporate Sustainability Committee, which Fiona will join.

- Fiona Paulus has over 37 years’ investment banking experience, having held senior roles with a number of international investment banks based in London, Europe and Latin America. Since January 2018, Fiona has been Managing Director at Redcliffe Advice, an investing and consulting business.
- Janet Ashdown had a distinguished career working for BP plc for over 30 years, holding a number of international positions. Until the end of 2012, Janet was Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Energy Ltd. Janet also has a wide range of board and committee experience as a non-executive director. These include the UK’s Nuclear Decommissioning Authority SIG plc, Victrex plc and Marshalls plc, where she is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
