RHI Magnesita N.V. (LSE: RHIM) is pleased to announce that Fiona Paulus and Janet Ashdown have accepted their nomination to the Board as independent Non-Executive Directors. As of the beginning of December, the Company will be benefitting from their valuable expertise and experience. Janet will chair the Corporate Sustainability Committee, which Fiona will join.
