August Francois von Finck, one of the three core shareholders of RHI AG with a stake of slightly more than 9%, was woted into the company´s Supervisory Board at yesterday´s 25th General Meeting of RHI AG in Vienna.
August Francois von Finck will thus succeed Dr. Walter Ressler, who no longer stood for election after his terms had come to an end in view of the age limit for Supervisory Board members set forth in the Corporate Governance Code.
Dr. Walter Ressler was closely associated with the RHI Group for more than 46 years.
In the past few decades, he played a key role in the development of the today´s world market leader in the refractories sector as member of the Board of Management (CEO from 1995 to 1999) and subsequently as member of the Supervisory Board (chairman from 1999 to 2002).
