In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, RHI Magnesita N.V. (the “Company”) has submitted today the 2018 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the “AGM Notice”) to the National Storage Mechanism.

Mailing of the AGM Notice, proxy forms for the 2018 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and related ancillary documentation to shareholders will commence shortly.
The AGM will be held at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Schiphol Boulevard 701, 1118 BN Schiphol in the Netherlands, on 7 June 2018 at 1:30 p.m. (CET).
