The Annual General Meeting of RHI AG elected Dr. Cornelius Grupp Member of the Supervisory Board on July 4, 2002. Dr. Grupp succeeds Dr. Friedrich Nemec, who resigned as a Member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons.
